COTTURA IN GHISA: Questa padella rotonda in ghisa presenta una superficie liscia pre-stagionata che aiuta a costruire la stagionatura ad ogni uso e offre un rilascio più facile. Usiamo solo olio di semi di lino non OGM e certificato kosher per la stagionatura, ed è priva di PTFE e PFOA per una cottura più sana.
FATTO PER GRANDI PIATTI: La nostra padella dosa in ghisa ha un'eccellente capacità di trattenere e distribuire il calore che mantiene il cibo caldo e pronto da servire. Ha anche un manico ad anello ergonomico per una maggiore stabilità. Prepara deliziose pizze, bacon, pancake, dosa, roti, biscotti o verdure con questo budare rotondo.
PADDELLA PER DOSA PERFETTA: Per preparare un dosa delizioso, preriscalda questo tawa a fuoco medio. Aggiungi olio e un pezzo di cipolla per dare al dosa una consistenza croccante e per evitare che si attacchi alla padella. Versa la pastella. Durante la cottura, aggiungi olio sopra e intorno al dosa per sollevare i bordi dalla padella e ottenere un dosa perfetto ogni volta.
VERSATILE: La nostra padella piatta è realizzata con materiali naturali e può essere usata quasi ovunque, come su fornelli a gas, elettrici o in ceramica; su piani a induzione; in forno; in forno per pizza; sul fuoco da campo; o sulla griglia.
