I am looking for a wireless charger desk lamp for my husband, but I don't know what I need to notice.
First, please make sure your cellphone supports wireless charging. The phone needs to be placed horizontally, and it can't be charged when the phone stands upright. Please do not use metal/magnetic phone cases that will affect wireless charging.
I have a similar adapter in my house. Can I use the non-original adapter?
The Sailstar desk lamp comes with an adapter. Please use the original adapter in the package. Using a non-original adapter may cause problems such as strobing light, reduced service life, causes the wireless charging to be slow.
