Newcastle’s Youth-First Transfer Policy

The club’s new transfer policy focuses on players aged 24 or under, with fees between £20m and £40m, to ensure high resale potential. This approach helps Newcastle stay compliant with Uefa’s spending rules after a recent settlement.
