Ronaldinho's move to Ravenna in Serie C has shocked the football world, but the Brazilian legend's mission of love and happiness is real. At 46, the former Ballon d'Or winner has signed as a player-partner, bringing his magic to the Italian third tier. The announcement on 19 June seemed like a hoax, yet Ronaldinho's arrival in Forlì on a private jet confirmed the dream.
The Shocking Signing That Stunned Football
When Ravenna broke the news at 10pm, fans and pundits alike were in disbelief. Ronaldinho had not played an official match since 2015 with Fluminense, and a Serie C comeback at 46 seemed unrealistic. But the club's president, Ignazio Cipriani, scion of the Harry's Bar family, turned the impossible into reality. The signing is not just a publicity stunt; Ronaldinho will become a partner and also play on the pitch, aiming to score the final goal of his career in the yellow and red jersey.
