MediaMarkt Slashes MSI Gaming PC with RTX 5060 to Just €899 2026

The MSI MAG Infinite S AI 2NVL5-017EU gaming PC is now available at MediaMarkt for just €899, a massive €700 discount from its original €1,599 price tag. This prebuilt desktop features an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 and is designed for smooth 1080p gaming for years to come.

Gaming hardware prices have been climbing, especially for graphics cards, RAM, and storage. Building a PC from scratch has become more expensive, making this prebuilt deal particularly attractive. The MSI MAG offers a compelling combination of performance and value that's hard to ignore.

Why This MSI Gaming PC Deal Stands Out

At €899, the MSI MAG Infinite S AI is a steal. The RTX 5060 alone typically costs a significant portion of that price, and you're getting a complete system with a modern Intel processor, DDR5 memory, and fast SSD storage. This is a rare opportunity to get a capable gaming rig without breaking the bank.

The discount of €700 is substantial and reflects the current market conditions where component prices are rising. If you've been waiting to upgrade or enter PC gaming, this deal makes it much more accessible.

Specifications and Performance

The MSI MAG Infinite S AI is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 5 225F processor, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 512GB SSD. This combination ensures smooth multitasking and fast load times. The star of the show is the RTX 5060, which supports DLSS 4.5 and ray tracing for enhanced visuals and performance.

DLSS 4.5 uses AI to upscale images, delivering higher frame rates without sacrificing image quality. This means you can enjoy demanding games at 1080p with high settings and playable frame rates. The RTX 5060 is also future-proof for several years of gaming.

Who Is This Prebuilt PC For?

This MSI desktop is ideal for gamers who want a hassle-free entry into 1080p gaming. It's also a great option for those who need a reliable PC for both work and play. The included components are well-balanced, ensuring you won't bottleneck the GPU.

If you're a beginner or don't want to deal with building a PC, this prebuilt system saves you time and effort. Plus, the warranty and support from MSI and MediaMarkt add peace of mind.

Comparison with Building Your Own

Building a similar PC from scratch would likely cost more, especially with current GPU prices. The RTX 5060 alone can retail for around €400-500, and when you add the CPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD, case, and power supply, you'd easily exceed €899. This prebuilt deal offers significant savings.

As the table shows, building a comparable system yourself would cost around €1,000, making the MSI prebuilt a better value. Plus, you get a single warranty and no assembly hassle.

What to Consider Before Buying

One thing to note is that this model comes without an operating system, so you'll need to install Windows or your preferred OS. That's an additional cost if you don't have a license already. Also, 512GB of storage fills up quickly with modern games, so you might want to add more storage later.

However, these are minor considerations given the overall value. The 16GB of DDR5 RAM is sufficient for most games, and you can always upgrade later. The RTX 5060's DLSS 4.5 support ensures it will handle upcoming titles well. The background to this story is set out in PcCom Ready Desktop with RTX 5060 and 32GB RAM Drops to €1,199.
