From Stranded Whale to Savior: The Timmy Phenomenon
In April, a humpback whale stranded on Germany's Baltic coast drew crowds of spectators, influencers, and politicians. The play suggests these onlookers sought not just to rescue the whale, but for the whale to rescue them. Actor Noah Tomiak, clad in liturgical robes, delivers the line: 'In his immeasurable kindness he became a vehicle to us... maybe he came to save us.'
