از زمان معرفی مدل اصلی در سال ۱۹۶۳، این مجموعه چیدمان مشخص شمارنده‌ها در ساعت‌های ۳، ۶ و ۹ را حفظ کرده است. دقیقه‌ها و ساعت‌های کرنوگراف به ترتیب در ساعت‌های ۳ و ۹ قرار دارند، عقربه ثانیه‌شمار کوچک دائمی در ساعت ۶ و پنجره تاریخ در ساعت ۴:۳۰ قرار گرفته است، جایی که اکنون عملکرد جدید GMT نیز در آن جای دارد.
