- COMPATIBILITÉ VÉHICULE : Compatible avec la plupart des voitures et camions légers 1996+ aux États-Unis pour les fonctions OBD-II standard. Pour les VE, vérifiez dans l'application Car Scanner ou contactez Veepeak pour confirmer la compatibilité avant l'achat. Tous les VE ne sont pas pris en charge.
- COMPATIBLE AVEC IOS & ANDROID : Prend en charge Bluetooth LE et Bluetooth classique pour Android, et Bluetooth LE pour les appareils iOS. Bluetooth LE nécessite une connexion directe dans l'application ; ne pas se connecter dans les paramètres Bluetooth. Les unités principales Android peuvent ne pas être prises en charge.
- *LIMITATIONS DE L'APPLICATION : Lorsqu'il est utilisé avec BimmerCode, seuls les modèles E, F, I de 2008+ et la série R de 2008+ sont pris en charge (modèles avant 2008 ou séries G/U non pris en charge). Non adapté aux modèles avant 2008 pour BimmerLink. NON compatible avec Carly, MHD, xHP, ProTool, bootmod3, etc. Évitez les applications dont le nom imite « Torque » ou « Car Scanner ».
- Les diagnostics avancés (ABS, SRS, TPMS, etc.) et les données (comme la température de la transmission) ne sont disponibles que pour certaines marques/modèles via des applications spécifiques. MS-CAN et les fonctions avancées comme la réinitialisation de service, l'apprentissage ne sont PAS prises en charge. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with tags
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required
- Evidence like photos or videos may be asked
Return Process
To start a return, contact-us. Additional photos of the parcel and item(s) may be requested. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
