- Pour les systèmes CVC centraux avec conduits - Utilisez le Puck pour contrôler les bouches d'aération intelligentes Flair pour un contrôle de la température pièce par pièce. Corrigez une seule pièce qui surchauffe ou se refroidit trop, ou équilibrez les températures de plusieurs pièces. Chaque pièce équipée de bouches d'aération intelligentes nécessite un capteur de température afin que Flair puisse suivre les variations de température dans la pièce. Un capteur de température peut être un Flair Puck, un thermostat intelligent intégré ou un capteur de pièce.
- Pour les mini-splits/pompes à chaleur sans conduit - Le Puck se connecte à plus de 200 marques de mini-splits, unités de fenêtre et climatiseurs portables via infrarouge (IR) — aucun câblage ou connexion supplémentaire requis. 1 Puck est nécessaire pour chaque unité intérieure de mini-split.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with tags
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required
- Evidence like photos or videos may be asked
Return Process
To start a return, contact-us. Additional photos of the parcel and item(s) may be requested. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
