Istruzioni per la cura: Sciacqua il wok sotto acqua tiepida e raschia delicatamente eventuali residui di cibo con una spazzola non metallica o una spugna in nylon. Asciuga accuratamente il wok e poi, usando un tovagliolo di carta, applica uno strato leggero di olio su tutta la superficie della padella. La padella deve essere liscia senza residui di olio. Metti la padella oliata su un fornello impostato a fuoco alto. Quando l'olio inizia a fumare leggermente, spegni il fuoco e lascia raffreddare la padella.
