You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with tags
In its original packaging
Receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required

To start a return, contact-us. Additional photos of the parcel and item(s) may be requested. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
