Uso e manutenzione:
1. Porcellana, se la metti in lavastoviglie, scegli una lavastoviglie con la funzione di lavaggio "porcellana e cristallo". Il pH del lavaggio deve essere tra 11 e 11,5.
2. Se ci sono macchie di tè, possono essere pulite con succo di limone o aceto. Se ci sono graffi, spremi il dentifricio su un panno di luffa e strofina delicatamente la porcellana macchiata. Non usare materiali duri come palline d'acciaio per strofinare per evitare danni e graffi allo smalto.
3. Cerca di non usarlo con sbalzi improvvisi di freddo o caldo, per evitare che si rompa, e non usarlo direttamente con una fiamma aperta.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with tags
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required
- Evidence like photos or videos may be asked

To start a return, contact-us. Additional photos of the parcel and item(s) may be requested. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Refunds
