Ingekapselde massieve stalen kernrand
Een ingekapselde stalen rand biedt structurele ondersteuning om vervorming van de pan te voorkomen.
Draad is gebogen om perfect in de rand van onze bakplaten te passen.
Draad is gemaakt van gegalvaniseerd staal en zal niet roesten.
Een ingekapselde stalen rand verandert een uitzonderlijke bakplaat in een product dat een leven lang meegaat.
Gebruik en verzorging van natuurlijk aluminium
• Was voor het eerste gebruik en na elk gebruik met de hand af in warm, zeepsop.
• Gebruik in de vaatwasser wordt niet aanbevolen omdat verkleuring zal optreden door de reinigingsmiddelen in automatische vaatwasmiddelen. Deze verkleuring is slechts cosmetisch en beïnvloedt de bakprestaties of veiligheid van de pan niet.
• Natuurlijke aluminium pannen werken goed met bakpapier, siliconen bakmatten en ook traditionele methoden met boter of bakvet en bloem. Bij het roosteren van hartige gerechten zoals groenten werken boter of bakolie goed.
• Nylon, houten of siliconen keukengerei wordt aanbevolen. Metalen keukengerei en schuursponsjes kunnen natuurlijke aluminium pannen krassen, maar beïnvloeden de bakprestaties niet.
• Aluminium reageert op zure ingrediënten zoals azijn en tomatenproducten. Deze voedingsmiddelen kunnen de pan na langdurig gebruik donkerder maken, putjes veroorzaken of doen corroderen.
