Building a Smoker Recycling Two Useless Water Heaters for this build, one was short and chubby, and the other was tall and thin.

Step 1:

We started by cutting the short, fat water heater in half, as it was going to be used as a "Fire Chamber". We also cut all the inlet and outlet pipes that were in our way.

The second step was to cut the bottom of the thinner water heater higher so we could weld it to the "Fire Chamber" later. We call this part our "Smoking Column."

Step 2:

The next step was to build a background/base for our "Fire Chamber". For this we use a plow disc. We weld the pipe with steel cap ends onto the disc to make it firm on the ground.

Step 3:

The next step was to make a hole in the "Fire Chamber" to allow the smoke to escape into the "Smoking Column"

Step 4:

In this step, we weld the “Fire Chamber” to the base, measure and cut the door, and finally fix it in place.

Step 5:

Then we measured and cut the door for the "Smoking Column."

Step 6:

In step 6 we welded the brackets for the two grills in place. You must have a pre-made grill rune for this project.

Step 7:

The next step was to weld the «Smoking Column» to the «Fire Chamber».

Step 8:

The last two steps were to weld the “Smoking Column” door into place and fit it into the chimney. Welding the door into place took us three tries, but we finally did it.

Step 9:

Finally, we were able to try our new smoker and... It was worth it!
