Necessary materials
The necessary materials are:
- 1 Sheet of plywood – Approximately 1.20 m x 2.40 m
- 1 Sheet of perforated plate – Approximately 1.20 m x 2.40 m
- 4 wooden plates cut to assemble the shelves
- 8 Wooden Pins (2 per shelf)
- 1 Drill Bit – Example A is 2.5 cm (compatible with wooden pins and shelf plates)
- 4 wooden beams 2.40 m wide to fix the panels to the wall
- Screws to fix the panels on the wall
Preparation
The perforated wooden panel will serve to guide the marking of the holes in the plywood, thus ensuring that all of them are aligned.
As we can see in the image, the holes began to be marked 3 cm from the edge and 6 cm of distance was left between one hole and another. The marking process was repeated throughout the panel and later, with the help of the drill bit, the holes were made.
Assembly
Fix the wooden beams at four points on the wall and then fix the panel. Here it is important to use a lead and make sure that the screws are positioned harmoniously between the holes in the panel.
With the panel already hung you can use a little wood compound to hide the screws or even paint if you wish.
