Construction materials:
- 4 boxes of 1 piece heavy duty plywood
- 1 can of foam wood stain or staining brush
- 4 swivel wheels with locks
- 24 5/8 wood screws
- Electric wood sander (if sanding edges)
- 4 small L supports
Stain or paint the top of the wooden box. You can use a foam brush, paintbrush, or for more control use a towel or cloth.
Once you are done with the paint then screw your caster wheels to the bottom of the plywood.
The boxes are joined with screws. Put the boxes together and drill holes where the boxes meet. 4 screws at the bottom of each wooden box.
You will need to measure the space between the boxes so that it can be covered with a piece of wood.
After securing the boxes, you will need to use a couple of screws to connect the boxes together. This will give you better stability.
Once you have your measurement cut wood for the base.
While the paint dries on the boxes, they can be screwed together in an L shape.
