14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with tags
• In its original packaging
  
• Receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required
• Evidence like photos or videos may be asked

Return Process

To start a return, contact-us. Additional photos of the parcel and item(s) may be requested. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact-us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
