Step 1:

Ask the hardware store to cut your first piece of plywood which becomes three equal-sized pieces with a width of 15 ½".
You can do some cross cuts later at home. Use the image to make the cross cuts.
Step 2:

Then for the second piece of ¾” plywood, ask to cut it into one 13 ¼” strip and two 15 ½” strips.
From these pieces, make the cross cuts as shown in the image.
Step 3:

The last piece of ¾” plywood should be cut as shown in the image.
Use the larger half as the headboard and footboard bed panels by cutting it in two.
Use the remaining plywood to cut the drawer faces.
Step 4:

Use a piece of ¼” plywood to cut a few pieces as shown in the picture.
For the last two drawer bottoms, you can use the leftover piece of ¾” plywood. Make two pieces of drawer bottoms from scrap plywood.
Step 5:

Try the header first. Insert the ornaments at the top and bottom of the headboard. Do the same step on the foot of the bed. Secure all joints with glue and 1 ¼” screws.
Step 6:

Insert the legs into both sides of the headboard and footboard. You can easily install the legs by using a Kreg Jig tool.
Drill some holes in the sides of the headboard and footboard and attach the legs. For the footrest, leave a 1 ½” space on the back panel as shown in the image.
Secure all joints with glue and 1 ¼” screws. If you are not using the Kreg Jig, you must choose the appropriate drill bits to drill the holes and determine the depth of the drilling.
Then, after inserting the legs, secure the joints with glue and screws.
Step 7:

Install two bottom supports on the headboard. Follow the direction shown in the image. Drill a few holes before inserting the bottom brackets.
Secure the joint with glue and 1 ¼” screws.
Step 8:

Install the top frame on the headboard as shown in the image. Secure the joint using glue and nails.
You can also add some screws to strengthen the structure.
Step 9:

Install the headboard crown with glue and 3″ screws. Leave a 1″ overhang on both sides of the frame.
Step 10:

Install the bottom brackets on the footrest as you do on the headboard.
Leave a 1 ½” overhang at the back of the footboard panel.
Step 11:

On the back panel, insert two 2×4 spacers. Due to the projection, the spacers are perfectly fitted.
Secure the spacers with glue and 2″ screws.
Step 12:

Build the storage drawers using the direction as shown in the image.
Step 13:

Insert the back panel of the storage boxes with glue and nails. Screw in the center dividers as well. The back panel is very useful for keeping everything straight and reducing sagging.
Step 14:

Cut the leftover pieces of plywood to make some locks to keep the storage drawers facing up when you screw them into the footboard and headboard.
Screw the joints of the internal parts of the drawers into the supports and legs.
Step 15:

Install the dowels on the back panel of the storage drawers. Leave ¾” space at the top.
Step 16:

Add some supports in the center. Make 2 × 2 legs as in the picture.
Step 17:

Install the slats to place your mattress.
Step 18:

Make the drawers. Use precise measurements so your drawers can slide perfectly into storage boxes. Make the drawers 1″ smaller and 1″ shallower than the box sizes.
Step 19:

Attach the drawers using some drawer slides.
Leave a 1″ clearance from the outside for the drawer faces. Adjust the drawer slides until you are happy with the way the drawers are open or closed.
Step 20:

To make the drawer faces, first place the hobby material on the drawer faces with glue and ¾ "nails".
Then place the faces on the hobby material and secure with glue and 1 ¼” screws.
