Houthi attacks on Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea have heightened tensions, with two vessels targeted by missiles and drones. The Iranian-aligned group claimed responsibility for striking the Encelia and Layla, saying they violated a naval blockade. This escalation threatens global oil shipments and energy security.
