Instructions d'entretien : Rincez votre wok sous l'eau tiède et grattez délicatement les restes de nourriture avec une brosse non métallique ou un tampon à récurer en nylon. Séchez soigneusement votre wok puis, à l'aide d'une serviette en papier, appliquez une légère couche d'huile sur toute la surface de la poêle. La poêle doit être lisse et ne laisser aucun résidu d'huile. Placez la poêle huilée sur un brûleur réglé sur feu vif. Une fois que l'huile fume légèrement, éteignez le feu et laissez la poêle refroidir.
