Amazon Device Deals: Fire TV Stick, Echo Dot, and Kindle Sales Before Prime 2026

Amazon device deals are heating up ahead of Prime Day 2026, with early discounts on the Fire TV Stick, Echo Dot, and a Kindle Colorsoft bundle. The online giant has quietly rolled out a preview of offers on its own hardware, giving shoppers a chance to snag popular smart home and entertainment gadgets at reduced prices before the main event.

Fire TV Stick deals: upgrade your TV for less

The Fire TV Stick HD is now just €21.99, down from €44.99, making it a budget-friendly way to turn any dumb TV into a smart one. It streams in Full HD, which is fine for most living rooms, but if you have a 4K set, the Fire TV Stick 4K Select is also on sale at €23.99 (was €54.99).

Both sticks offer access to major streaming apps and come with Alexa voice remote, so you can search for shows without typing. At these prices, they are impulse buys that can instantly modernize an older television.

Echo Dot: the smart home starter at a discount

The spherical Echo Dot has dropped to €29.99 from €64.99, making it an affordable entry point for Alexa-based smart home control. It supports Alexa+ and can double as a Bluetooth speaker for your phone or even a Nintendo Switch.

If you are looking to add voice control to your lights, plugs, or thermostat, this is one of the cheapest ways to get started. The sound quality is decent for its size, and the design blends into most rooms.

Kindle deals: only one bundle stands out

Unlike the other categories, Kindle e-readers are mostly full price. The exception is the Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition, which comes in a bundle with a cover (multiple colors available) and a wireless charging dock. This is the only Kindle discount in the current sale, so if you have been eyeing a color e-reader, this is the time to consider it.

The Colorsoft is Amazon's first Kindle with a color display, aimed at readers who enjoy comics, magazines, or illustrated books. The bundle adds value with accessories that would otherwise cost extra.

Key takeaways from the early Prime Day deals

• Fire TV Stick HD at €21.99 is the cheapest way to smarten up a TV.
• Fire TV Stick 4K Select at €23.99 suits 4K TV owners.
• Echo Dot at €29.99 is a low-cost smart home hub with Alexa+.
• Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition bundle is the only Kindle offer.
• These deals are a preview; Prime Day itself may bring deeper discounts.

Why these deals matter

Amazon often uses its own devices as loss leaders during Prime Day to drive Prime membership sign-ups and ecosystem lock-in. These early discounts serve as a test balloon to gauge demand and create buzz. For consumers, it means genuine savings on hardware that rarely sees deep cuts outside of major sales events.

The Fire TV Stick and Echo Dot are among Amazon's best-selling products, and price drops like these can make them attractive impulse purchases. The Kindle Colorsoft bundle, while niche, appeals to a specific audience willing to pay for color e-ink technology. What to watch next

Prime Day 2026 is expected to bring even more aggressive pricing on Amazon devices, possibly including Kindle models that are currently full price. If you are not in urgent need, waiting for the main event could yield better deals. However, if you want to avoid the rush and secure a device now, these offers are worth considering.
