Why Console Prices Are Rising
Renewing your gaming console has become increasingly challenging and expensive. Stock is limited for some models, and those that are available have seen multiple price hikes (like Xbox Series and PS5) or are expected to rise soon (such as the Nintendo Switch 2). This trend makes promotional periods like Amazon's Prime Day highly anticipated, but MediaMarkt's outlet sale offers immediate savings without the wait.
The outlet model allows retailers to clear out inventory from exhibitions or overstock, passing the savings to consumers. For budget-conscious gamers, it's a smart way to get current-gen hardware.
Top Deals in the MediaMarkt Outlet
The standout offer is the Nintendo Switch 2 bundle with 'Mario Kart World' for €432.65, down from its regular price of €509.99. That's a savings of over €77 on a console that's not even officially released yet. Other consoles, including the PS5, are also discounted, though specific prices may vary.
All products come with a warranty and a 30-day return policy, plus free and fast shipping. This ensures peace of mind for buyers who may be hesitant about purchasing from an outlet.

What to Know Before Buying from the Outlet
MediaMarkt's outlet on eBay offers a mix of products: some are display units, while others are brand new. The common thread is the lower price compared to regular retail. However, it's essential to read the product description carefully to understand the condition.
Each listing should specify whether the item is new, open-box, or refurbished. Even display units are typically in good condition and come with the same warranty. The 30-day return window gives you time to inspect the console and ensure it meets your expectations.
