Manchester United are targeting Eduardo Camavinga and Sander Berge as part of a major midfield overhaul this window. With Casemiro gone and Manuel Ugarte injured, the club needs reinforcements.
Why Manchester United Need a Midfield Boost
United have already signed Andrey Santos (£48m) and Youri Tielemans (£35m), but the injury to Ugarte and departure of Casemiro leave gaps. Michael Carrick’s squad requires depth to compete in the Premier League and Europe.

Eduardo Camavinga: The Real Madrid Star
The 23-year-old Frenchman has three years left on his contract and a €1bn release clause, but Real may accept €50m-€60m (£42m-£51m). Camavinga is versatile but reportedly prefers staying at Real. He was not part of France’s World Cup squad.
Sander Berge: The Premier League Proven Option
At 28, Berge has experience with Sheffield United, Burnley, and Fulham. He would cost around £40m and played in Norway’s World Cup quarter-final loss to England. Berge is a more realistic target given his familiarity with English football.
