Sliding discs are an excellent tool to use in your workout routine, especially in sports that include low-impact exercises where you work your entire core, since working with this type of accessory means adding intensity to your exercises due to the resistance generated by having to slide them.
The truth is that they are not very popular and are not widely used within workout routines, but using them gives you the opportunity to do a much more complete workout. That is why we will show you which are the best and what characteristics you should consider before buying sliding discs.

Features to consider before buying a sliding disc
Practically all discs are the same as each other, made with the same material that slides on surfaces made of wood, parquet, or laminate, but there are certain discs that can slide on surfaces like rubber and carpet.
The only differences you can find in them are in their size, thickness, and shape. Regarding shape, discs are usually made completely round, although you can also find triangular and oval ones.
In the end, they all do their job, regardless of thickness, size, or shape. Try to find the one that best suits you and your floor, and incorporate them into your workouts to work your core.
