How to make keto pizza
We begin by placing 200 grams of cottage cheese in a blender or food processor along with 1 medium egg, 60 grams of almond flour, salt to taste, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, and half a teaspoon of dried oregano. We blend until we obtain a smooth mixture. We preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

We prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper and grease it lightly with a little olive oil or butter. We pour the dough onto it and spread it out into a round shape with an even thickness.

We put it in the preheated oven at 200ºC with heat above and below and bake the base for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is set and lightly golden.

We remove the base from the oven, cover it with 50 grams of tomato sauce and spread it well.

On top of the tomato, we put 100 grams of grated mozzarella and some black olives.

We return the keto pizza to the oven until the cheese is golden brown to our liking. We remove it from the oven, add the fresh basil, and serve.
