Amazing Wooden Drinks Fridge Stand, it is made from basic wood, has an attached drain and optional wheels if you need it to be mobile. I chose a blue color for a vibrant look and a panel with milk bottle caps to make it more fun.
I would stay out of the weather as the printing on the covers will fade over time if left in direct sunlight.
Of course, you will need to custom fit your cooler holder if you use a different size and your materials list may vary.
A note on measuring dimensions:
This can be tricky with all the rounded corners and slanted edges.
Measure your refrigerator (Beverage Cooler) at its largest diameter; that's usually around the top edge.
To get an accurate height measurement, I measured from scratch, if you try to measure just the surface of the cooler, those curved edges can come off. Level the tape from the ground and go up from there.

For the back frame add panel boards, there may be a gap between these depending on your 1x board widths.

TIP: You can also drill 3/4″ PH screws in front of the 2x2s for step 4.

Step 13:

Finally, fill all holes with wood filler and let dry. Apply additional layers of wood filler as needed.
When the wood filler is completely dry, sand the project in the direction of the wood grain with 120 grit sandpaper. Vacuum sand project to remove sanding residue.
Remove all sanding residue on work surfaces as well.
Clean the project with a damp cloth. It is always recommended to apply a test coat to a hidden area to ensure color consistency and adhesion.
Use primer or wood conditioner as needed.
