Husband Takes Money From Wife’s ‘Fun Account’ To Replace Computer She Damaged, Wife Gets Mad At Him 2026

In this story, the husband, who has a home office for work and personal activities, asks his wife not to enter his office without his presence. He has a collection of Lego Minifigs on display, and he values the arrangement as part of his workspace aesthetics. Despite his requests, the wife decided to clean his office and accidentally closed his laptop, causing the screen to malfunction. To remedy the situation, the husband decided to buy a new laptop, costing $600 on Black Friday. Instead of discussing it with his wife, he deducted $600 from the money he was going to deposit into her account for December to cover the cost of the new laptop.

This decision has upset his wife because it affects her personal spending for the month, including activities she enjoys, like spa days. The husband defends his actions by asserting that he’s not responsible for the laptop being broken and that his wife should contribute to the cost of the replacement.
