How to Make a Super Easy Stool, which is nothing more than a tipo of asiento generalmente without respaldo, with patas and generalmente without brazos. Se usa para proporcionar a asiento temporary and se utiliza mainmente in kitcheninas, bares, restaurantes and salones. P lplace a oranother.
Supplies:
Materials:
Walnut, Maple (or similar), African blackwood (or similar), wood glue, Danish oil or similar
Tools:
CNC router, wood lathe, random orbital sander
Step 1: Number 1 and Number 2 (CAD and CAM)

I started by using the Canvas feature to import a large image of everyone's favorite poop emoji as a backdrop for the model. I started by taking 2D sketches of that and then making 3D extrusions. I then converted those extrusions into surface models and edited them to add curvature. I then turned them back into solid shapes and combined them before cutting out the face pockets.
Most of the material is roughed out with a 1/2-inch flat router bit and an adaptable cleaning path. A parallel pass cleans up the curves with a 1/2-inch ball nose router bit. The face pockets clean with a 1/4-inch flat in a simple pocket pass.
Step 2: The turd cutter

The walnut stock attaches to the CNC router bed with wood screws at each corner.
I cut at 150 inches per minute on the roughing passes and 400 on the parallel passes of the finishing steps with a 1/2-inch ball nose router bit.
The shape is convenient for nesting if you rotate each piece 180 degrees from the last one. Or I guess probably 60 degrees to get a hexagonal nesting pattern.
Step 3: Cut it flush (get it?)

A simple band saw cut and flush cut router pass clean up the edges.
Step 4: Polish

The CNC router left the poop rough and a little thick, so it had to be sanded a bit to get it nice and smooth. Like any woodworking project, it is important to sand with the grain to remove all scratches.
Start with the rest stop bathroom grade and end with that soft, plush material with the bears. You know what I'm talking about.
Step 5: Make the front

I used a piece of salvaged wood from a broken chair for the eyes and mouth of the poop stool.
For this step, I used Fusion360's CAM functions again to program pockets and simple profiles for 3 separate parts.
I used a tabletop router to round off a radius on the edges of the eyes and mouth. Be very careful here, these parts are small and the router can easily catch them.
Step 6: Eyes

A friend gave me a piece of African granadilla for the students. I tried cutting it into thin sections and cutting it with the laser cutter, but it turned out that the black wood is too oily to cut well with a llaser, so I ended up using the CNC router again.
I could have used walnut here too, but if I'm going to spend so much time on something like this, why not go all out?
After embedding the pupils, I used a sander to smooth out the inlay.
Step 7: Trunks (legs? I know, this is getting complicated)

I made the legs of this stool on the wood lathe. The leg holes are drilled at an angle to give it a little more stability and help it a little aesthetically as well.
However, people have been telling me that it looks like shit anyway. According to authorities on the subject, an ideal leg angle for pooping is achieved with a 7-inch-high stool on a standard-sized toilet.
Step 8: Get Your S#!t Together

All the pieces are glued with wood glue. I considered using a wedge tenon for the legs, but found it unnecessary given the relatively low lateral force this stool is likely to experience.
Step 9: Don't forget to clean

The walnut color really looks great with the Danish oil. I used a couple of coats on this particular stool sample.
Step 10: Ready!

Keep this shit stool in your bathroom, where it rightfully belongs, and use it to raise your legs at a healthier angle for a better pooping experience.
