Portable and Great Vertical Garden Made of PVC Pipes, a practical and economical solution to build your own vertical garden inside our homes, but not only that, what happens when you want to take some of our favorite flowers to relatives' houses that are neither too far nor too close and you just want to walk?
You can also make that vertical garden mobile, that is; portable. What do you think of the idea? Below we will show you how to build a mobile vertical garden, please continue reading.
Step 1:

Materials:
- PVC pipes with a diameter of 11 cm (or close) and 60 cm (length).
- 2lt plastic bottle
- Sierra
- Drill
- Paper tape
- Tape measure
- Knife
- 1 Bolt and screw (about 0.5cm in diameter)
- Bookmark
Step 2:

Mark 20 and 40 cm on your PVC pipe with the paper tape.
Step 3:

Make two cuts from the middle of the tube.
Step 4:

Heat the tube on your stove. Be careful, you don't need to place the tube too close to the fire. Concentrates heat in the area above the cuts.
In case you have a powerful dryer or heat gun, you can use one of these to heat the tube in a more controlled and safe way.
I chose the stove because it was more practical for me.
Step 5:

Push the heated area in, making two openings (creating the space where you will place your plants).
Step 6:

Punch two holes in the back of the tube.
One at the top and the other in line with the lowest cut (see the image below how it should look).
Step 7:

The upper hole is used to hang the tube on the wall.
The one aligned with the last opening is for hanging the plastic bottle (which will act as a soil reservoir; see next step).
Step 8:

Cut the 2lt plastic bottle, as shown in the image. It should be the same height as the lower soil container (about 20 cm).
Step 9:

Make a hole in the bottle (about 2 cm below the cut). The hole must be large enough to fit the screw; See the image below.
Step 10:

The screw will join the tube to the half bottle (which must be filled with gardening soil).
Step 11:

Join the screw and the thread.
Step 12:

The bottle cap should be close to the end of the tube
Step 13:

For best aesthetics, paint the vertical garden with spray paint (preferably, use low-pressure acrylic paint).
Step 14:

Ready to be filled with gardening soil and plants of your choice. If you are going to keep it inside your house, I recommend herbs such as mint, peppers, thyme, etc.
Step 15:

I add this buckle to the vertical garden, just to optimize its transportability.
The next steps will show how you can make yours
Step 16:

To add the buckle you will need:
- Strap or belt (leather, plastic, choose your material).
- Gap (about 0.5cm inner diameter)
- Knocker
- Hammer
Step 17:

Cut a strip (approximately 55 cm minimum)
Step 18:

Punch two holes: one at the top and one at the bottom of the band.
Step 19:

Apply the two eyelets, one in each hole.
Step 20:

And that's it, done! Hold the strip with two screws in the holes made in the back of the vertical garden.
Step 21:

As I'm a student away from home, the buckle was just a detail I wanted to explore because students in my situation tend to move from house to house a lot during their college years (and when there are vacations we return to our parents' house), so I thought this could be a practical and cool way to bring our garden from house to house.
