Toby Matthews, 33, also of Forton Road, is charged with common assault of an emergency worker.

Dodds and Pearson have been remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 24 September. Matthews was released on bail and will appear at the same court on 9 November.
