This DP Dormon collection gathers 45 Doraemon pictures made for profile use, from soft pastel scenes to bold close-ups of that familiar blue face. Every image is here to be borrowed, saved and dropped straight into your avatar slot.
Picking one is less about finding the rarest picture and more about what survives a tiny circle. Start with the mood you want to project, then check how the character reads at thumbnail size on a phone screen.
If you have ever tested avatars across devices, you know a crisp shot matters, and our camera phone picks explain why. A good compact Android or a value Samsung makes previewing easy, and a tablet review helps for bigger edits. Our phone review covers the rest.

How I pick a Doraemon DP that survives the crop
I always test a candidate avatar in the smallest circle I can find before committing. Most apps crop square uploads into a round frame, so faces near the edges get sliced off. My habit is to open the image, zoom until Doraemon's eyes sit near the centre, and screenshot that crop to see what actually survives.
Sharpness is the other filter I never skip. A picture that looks fine on a laptop can turn muddy on a small avatar, so I compare two or three options side by side at thumbnail size. I do this while listening to music on my gaming headset with a mechanical keyboard within reach, and I check the result on a wall-mounted TV and a miniLED screen to catch colour shifts between panels. If the blues look wrong on one display, I drop that image and move on.
For the wider picture, I also keep Huawei MatePad Pro bookmarked.
