Procedure:
Before You Begin
- We are going to make a wine cellar 2 meters high at the front by 1.80 at the back, 2.44 wide and 52 cm deep with 4 compartments.
- To do this we will make two structures: one with a depth of 1.80 x 2.44 m and 5 equal ribs that will mark the division of the spaces.
- In addition we will need a 61 cm x 2.44 m platform covered with OSB

#1. Rear
- Assemble the bottom structure that will be 20 cm lower than the front one to achieve the slope.
- Join 5 3×1” planed pine boards measuring 1.76 m, spaced 60 cm apart, with two horizontal boards measuring 2.44 m.
- The center rib must be double to facilitate the fixation of the covering.
- Countersink the joints to install 1 5/8” screws.

#2. Racks
For the interior separations we will make five frames. For each one, you need a 1.80 m board for the back, another 2 m board for the front, two 54.5 cm sticks for the ends and two 50.5 cm sticks for the central ones.

#3. Platform
- The structure will be mounted on a platform that we will assemble with 4×1” planed pine boards.
- To do this we need two pieces of 2.44 m and seven of 57 cm that will go between them and equidistant from each other.
- Cover with a 2.44 x 0.61 m piece of OSB. This will be the floor of the warehouse

#4. Doors
- The width of the doors will be two: the one at the ends will be 61 cm, while the ones in the center will measure 54 cm since they need space to open without touching the previous ones, and each one will be 1.90 m high.
- Each door has 18 horizontal 1x4” pieces of planed pine screwed together 1cm apart.
- Put the screws on the inside, thus leaving their heads hidden.
- On the doors, put two 1×4” boards joined together as a lintel.

#5. Armed
- Mount the rear on the platform.
- Adhere the five ribs to this structure.
- Cover the sides and bottom with OSB sheets.
- Remember to make the cut diagonally on the sides to form the slope.
- Assemble the corrugated polycarbonate roof. Leave an extra margin in front and back.
- Secure to the ribs with self-drilling screws.

#6. Paint
- Apply matte water stain on doors and lintel.
- Wait two hours for a second coat.
- Paint the deck, the external faces of the OSB and the outer face of the ribs with matte white exterior water-based enamel.
- Finally assemble the doors with piano hinges.
