How to Make a Simple Pallet Chair, you can use it as decoration for the interior or exterior of your house. If you want to use it outside, you will need to cover the chair with some protection such as varnish.
Step 1: Obtain the Pallets

First of all, you must have the material and tools we need.
To make a chair you will need:
- 2 Pallets. To make the job simpler, it is better that you get Pallets in good condition, it will be easier to give it the end we want.
Step 2: Tools

To make the chair, we need these tools:
- Sierra
- Hammer
- Drill
- Screwdriver
- Nails
- Screws
- Sanding sheets
Step 3: Cut the Pallet

We have to cut the Pallet in half, but we have to consider the base of these, so that the chairs can support a person.
Now we have two pieces, one of these pieces will be the living area and the back.
Given this cut, the part of the back, you must cut the joint diagonally, this to create a degree of inclination and the chair will be more comfortable.
The last cuts are on the second pallet, these will be for the elbow, I'm afraid I don't have images of this step...
However, it is very simple, you just need to cut it in half again, but this time trying to make a small pallet, that is, like a square and it should have a good support.
Step 4: Detailing the wood

Once the wood is cut to the necessary measurements, sand it so there are no splinters and the chair looks much better.
Step 5: Put it all together

In this part, only all the pieces are joined together to create a better joint between these parts, the extra wood that is placed on the back in this way will support more weight without the risk of breaking.
In the case of the armrest it is the same procedure, they are attached to the seat and the back with the help of nails and screws at different points to support the chair, and also to support the weight of the person.
Step 6: Finished

The finish that is given to this chair is a rough finish, a brown tone to the wood looks better, you can give it the finish you want, but in this case I chose the rustic finish.
Combining Varnish with Tiner.
The mixture is moistened and applied to all the wood.
Immediately the wood takes on the colorof the mixture, however, you must let it dry so as not to ruin the clothes of those sitting in the chair.
