Top Films to Watch This Week
Winner of best film at Cannes Critics' Week, 'A Useful Ghost' is a genre-defying tale of a woman reincarnated as a vacuum cleaner. Part Marxist thriller, part supernatural romance, it’s an oddball treat directed by Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke. Also debuting is 'On the Sea', Helen Walsh’s graceful independent feature set in a Welsh mussel-harvesting community, exploring repression and queer desire through a fine performance by Barry Ward.
