1 assemble the racks
- Make 3 identical racks. Join the 73.2 cm legs with two 62 cm crossbars and use corner clamps while fixing them.
- The upper crossbar is flush with the edge of the legs, while the lower one is 10 cm from the floor.
- Keep in mind that the fixings cannot go to the center since we must join three pieces of wood in each upper corner. For the countersunk fixation, glue and join everything with 3” coarse thread screws.

5 glue the covers

6 sandpaper
- Once the cold glue has dried, to remove edges, edges and imperfections, you must sand the entire surface, both the covers and the frames. On the frames, don't forget to go over the wooden dowels so that they are flush and blend in with the rest of the surface. For this we use an orbital sandpaper and a 180 sandpaper.
- Also take advantage of matching the rounded edge of the cover, since there may be some differences in its contour, here we use a belt sander with 80 grit sandpaper and we finish with a 120 grit.

- In this case we prepare two: a gray one for the legs and a white one for the cover and we apply with a brush.
