Step 1: Drilling & Edge Banding

Step 2: Attaching the Supports

Cut the supports to a length of 200 mm. Treat all supports with universal primer, then apply two coats of acrylic enamel. Clamp two guide strips to the plywood panel to keep each row of supports perfectly aligned, using wood spacers of the same cross-section to maintain proper distances. Drill through the pre-drilled holes in the panel into the supports to make screw insertion easier. Fix the supports to the plywood panel using self-tapping screws, countersinking them from the back. Repeat for the remaining rows.
