During these days, due to the quarantine we are experiencing to try to reduce [the spread], we are all living our entire lives at home. This includes physical exercise, both for those who already did it regularly and for people who have started these days.
One of the problems with training at home is that we don't have the supervision of a monitor or instructor like we might have at the gym or in group classes and, therefore, keeping some track of our progress, our calorie expenditure, etc. For this reason, a [fitness tracker] or smartwatch can be a great help these days.
