56 m² of Atmosphere and Functionality, apartments with reduced area are not new, but this project by Architect Duda Senna managed to combine in 56 m² all the functionality necessary for a small apartment with the personality of the resident.
The planned carpentry and various covering details made the difference in giving the modern and feminine touch. We will discuss the details so that you can be inspired by the ideas and find applicable solutions to personalize yours too.
Integration of the kitchen with the living room

In the integration of the living room with the kitchen, what was interesting was the use of all white walls and the single floor imitating wood throughout the space.
This "neutral" base, as we call it, highlighted the pink lacquer door and the play of light and shadows, which were created with the loose lining of the walls, the use of shelves with built-in mini lamps and the cushion gap that divides the kitchen from the service area.
Detail in the bricks

To counteract the modern style and give a stripped-down touch, the architect chose to peel off some walls and leave the brick masonry visible, barely painted, overlaying the white with the light.
The wood shelf was strategically installed on the lowest level, to break the feeling of "coldness" of the environment, as it is a natural material and with a "warm" color.
Highlights

Look how an arrangement of green leaves added a touch of color to that kitchen!
Dining room on the balcony

To improve the use of space, a custom seat was chosen placed against the wall and on the other side of the narrow table two chairs were used that can be brought along on days when friends meet.
The same kitchen covering continues on the support bench as well as the same colors of the carpentry, the detail always remains in the decoration, cushions and colored paintings, giving the cozy touch.
Guest room

This environment was designed to receive the mother, or serve as a landing for friends, and to be the owner's place of study, uniting two functions in one space.
A bathroom that is not at all casual

The bathroom continues with furniture and covering in the same light tones as the other rooms, giving the sensation of being larger.
A narrow cabinet was made with mirrored door covering, practical for everyday things and without losing movement space next to the sink.
Bedroom

The owner's old bed was used in the new bedroom, which contrasted in white with the graphite color of the wall.
A minimalist mute servant in steel and wood bars serves as support for the bed and the great highlight of the room is the pink neon installed above the bed, unusual but super charming.
