Carrefour Drops TCL 65-Inch RGB Mini LED Google TV to Under $1,000 2026

The TCL 65RM7L 65-inch RGB Mini LED Google TV is now available at Carrefour for just €999, down from its usual €1,199, as part of the retailer's "SuperChollos" promotion running until October 19. This deal brings a high-performance, large-format TV with premium features within reach of budget-conscious shoppers looking to upgrade their home entertainment setup for the fall.

Why This TCL Deal Matters

Carrefour's SuperChollos event is known for offering significant discounts on popular electronics, and this TCL model is a standout. At €200 off, it's a rare opportunity to get a 65-inch TV with RGB Mini LED backlighting and high-end gaming specs for under €1,000. For anyone who has been eyeing a premium TV but hesitated at the price, this promotion makes it a compelling choice.

Key Features of the TCL 65RM7L

The TCL 65RM7L packs impressive technology that punches above its price point. Here's what sets it apart:

• RGB Mini LED backlight for enhanced color accuracy and precise contrast control.
• 4K resolution with support for Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HLG, and IMAX Enhanced.
• 144Hz native refresh rate with HDMI 2.1, VRR, and AMD FreeSync Premium for smooth gaming.
• Onkyo-tuned speakers with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for immersive audio without a soundbar.
• Google TV smart platform for easy access to streaming services and apps.

Picture Quality: RGB Mini LED Advantage

The RGB Mini LED backlight is a key differentiator. Unlike traditional LED TVs, it uses individual red, green, and blue LEDs to produce purer colors and deeper blacks. This results in more vibrant and lifelike images, whether you're watching a bright sports match or a dark movie scene. The support for multiple HDR formats ensures you get the best possible picture from various content sources.

Gaming Performance

For gamers, the TCL 65RM7L is a serious contender. The 144Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 ports mean you can enjoy high-frame-rate gaming on the latest consoles like PS5 and Xbox Series X, as well as on a compatible PC. Features like VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium reduce screen tearing and stuttering, providing a seamless experience. If you're a gamer, this TV offers specs often found in more expensive models.

Audio and Smart Features

The built-in Onkyo speaker system is a cut above typical TV audio. With Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, it delivers room-filling sound that can save you from buying a separate soundbar right away. Google TV provides a user-friendly interface with personalized recommendations and access to all major streaming apps, making it easy to find something to watch.
