欧州連合 14日間のクーリングオフ期間

欧州連合に発送された注文については、理由を問わず14日以内に注文をキャンセルまたは返品することができます。商品は、受け取ったときと同じ状態で、未使用または未着用、タグ付き、元の包装に入っている必要があります。領収書または購入証明書が必要です。

払い戻し

返品を受け取り、検査した後に通知し、返金が承認された場合はお知らせします。承認された場合、返金は元の支払い方法に対して10営業日以内に処理されます。銀行やクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、反映させるまでに時間がかかる場合があることにご注意ください。

返品が承認されてから15営業日以上が経過した場合は、お問い合わせしてください。
