Flash installation of a wood floor over concrete, once separated by an unsustainable wall that we decided to tear down to open up the space and create a better layout for mass wall-to-wall storage.

Procedure
Step 1: We measure the room
When we have an exact measurement of the space we have, we will proceed to purchase the plywood. In this case, we bought six 4 x 8 sheets of 1/2" finished plywood.
Step 2: Placement Patterns
Then we need to find a pattern to stagger our newly created ply boards so that they look natural, but reduce wood waste as much as possible.

Step 3: Cut the wood
We cut them all with a circular saw. We then laid out our pattern the way we liked, made sure we had 1/8" space between everyone and marked the different board sizes we would need. (In our case, we ended up with 43", 70", 26", 17", and full-length boards.)

Step 4: Mark the woods
Then we mark our boards A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 and so on. Because? Because eventually, every plank starts to look the same and we didn't want to accidentally make a mistake when installing.

Step 5: Guide holes
We must drill guide holes because the floor where it will be installed is concrete, six of them on each plate. Then follow the pilot holes with a countersink hole so the screw heads are flush with the board.

Step 6: Screws flush with the board
Once all the drilling is done, this is what it looks like. Yes, there are giant screw holes in the floors. We haven't decided on a finish for the floor yet. So the most important part (at this point) was to make sure each screw was completely flush or sitting under the board so that it didn't become a tripping hazard or something that hurt to step on.

Step 7: Finished project
This is the finished look of our plywood floor, although it is not what we expected, it efficiently fulfills its purpose, now it is time to enjoy it.
