1. Surely OP had a major reason to do it.

2. On the day this incident took place, OP was the only server available on the entire floor to serve the buffet customers.

3. An old couple that day ordered a gluten-free pizza because one of them had a gluten allergy.

4. OP punched in all the orders in a go that he took after roaming the entire floor but forgot to punch in the gluten-free pizza that the old couple had requested.

5. OP apologized to the couple and got their pizza into the oven the very next minute. However, while walking on the floor, he got suddenly stopped by the old lady.

6. The old lady made a T-pose trying to block OP. He did not like that and wanted her to move out of his way.

7. The old man tried to be rude as well and threatened OP they would leave. OP played in and was happy for that scenario to be executed.

8. OP didn’t let the woman pay either. He just wanted that couple out.

9. OP made the whole experience extremely embarrassing for the old woman.

10. Although OP did what he deemed was best but felt guilty because he had never kicked a customer out of the pizzeria in the 6 years he had served there.

NTA. Single servers automatically pop out so it is impossible to agree that the old woman didn’t know OP was the only one serving the entire floor. Blocking his way was always going to get him angry. That is because he was stressed out and was having a hard time keeping pace. It all came out on the woman, or shall we refer to her as Karen because she had all the similar traits.
