Traveling on a long flight is not the problem, the problem is traveling with kids.
Air travel has become quite expensive and some parents do not buy separate seats for their kids just to save money. A lady was traveling with her husband for a 15-hours long flight and she had been planning to sleep during the flight. A couple was sitting behind her seat with their child. They had their child in their lap and pretended that the kid was not above two years but the kid almost looked 3-years-old.
The kid constantly bothered OP and her husband. The child kept shoving papers between their seats, pulling their hair and kept kicking OP and her husband’s seat. They didn’t say anything. The kid prevented OP from taking some rest. When the kid finally slept, the lady decided to take some rest too. She reclined her seat. The lady sitting behind her started tapping her shoulder and told OP that she is being uncomfortable but OP didn’t reply. Scroll down below for the complete story.

The couple sitting behind OP should have been considerate of OP. They should have stopped their kid from pulling their hair and clothes. We wonder why some parents do not discipline their kids. Why do they think that it is cute if their kids would pull someone’s hair or clothes? It is not cute, it is disrespectful.
8. The flight was not cheap. The couple pretended the kid to be under two to make it affordable for them.

9. The parents were inconsiderate to OP and her husband.

10. A child should have its own seat from the age of two.

11. OP had been kind enough to not fully recline her seat, yet the lady chose to complain.

12. The parents of the kid should have bought a seat for their kid if the flight was long.

13. If your kid is two years old but has the height of a 4-years-old kid, you should buy a separate seat.

14. Passengers can recline their seats longer than 4 hours.
