To determine the cheapest regions and cities at Easter, “Hometogo” examined search queries received on its website between September 3rd, 2024 and March 3rd, 2025 with check-in dates between April 14th and April 25th, 2025, and compared them based on their median prices per night. In addition, the average stay in days, the number of travelers and the distance traveled to get there were included in the analysis.

1. Polish Baltic Sea, Poland
According to Hometogo, the cheapest travel destination with a median price of 97 euros per night and accommodation is the Polish Baltic Sea. With a coastline of around 500 kilometers - from Świnoujście to Kaliningrad - the region offers ideal conditions for a beach holiday. There are numerous Hanseatic cities, seaside resorts and health resorts along the coast, which are often cheaper but at least as beautiful as their counterparts on the German Baltic Sea coast. A highlight for nature lovers is the Słowiński National Park, which is known for its shifting sand dunes and is also known as the “Polish Sahara” according to “polen.travel”.
