30 Times Artist Illustrated Cartoon Characters As Humans And It Is Gorgeous 2026

What if cartoon characters were humans?

Now I am not talking about cartoon characters that already look somewhat like humans or are supposed to be humans in the fantasy world. I am talking about Disney and Pixar characters that are some sort of inanimate objects or animals that have come to life on our screens. I honestly cannot imagine loving these shows as much if Looney Tunes were all humans because then it would just be a bunch of bratty children running around but as animals, it is quite adorable.

However, great artists have shown time and time again how beautifully they can re-imagine some of our favorite characters. And that is exactly what an artist by the name of Crazytom from Russia has done. They have managed to bring these characters to life as humans and yet they still have their iconic features and colorings that make them who they are. You can see what I am talking about by scrolling below. All I can say is that I am really impressed by these illustrations.

He definitely deserves a following and needs more attention as many people don’t even know about him which is a crime in my book. Even if you are not a big fan of re-imaginings, even you can admit that he has done a great job recreating these characters without sacrificing any of their unique qualities. I am honestly gobsmacked at how good these characters look. Some artists make them too cutesy or pretty and that sucks out all the soul from the character but not Tom.
