I mean there are so many in this world who’d rather threaten restaurant owners with bad reviews than be honest. I understand that sometimes your going out experience might not be perfect but that doesn’t mean you have to ruin someone’s livelihood. Especially if you are making fake reviews just so you can get free stuff.
While it is true that some bad reviews are honest and not all restaurants have great food and service but I don’t really trust sites like trip advisor. There is no verification and people can do whatever they want on the popular website. This is why it is always good to try something yourself before judging it. You never know you might find a diamond in the rough.

Eat Out Help Out has been fantastic for the hospitality industry…and especiallybfor us. Its helped us claw back so much lost revenue and there has been a real buzz about Dolgellau. I hope all of the other businesses have enjoyed it as much as we have.
He is being extremely professional though while you are the one throwing petty insults.
Whilst we have done everything to maximise business and make customers happy, there is always one absolute spanner.
It is pretty clear they just wanted free food and that is about it.
Before you read this…just think back to march 23rd when no matter how much money or influence you had, you couldn’t dine out for months…
