Simple PVC Wine Bottle Rack, this PVC rack is the perfect gift to give to any family member.

You'll find PVC pipe at your local hardware store and all you need is some PVC pipe, glue, and a can of Rust-Oleum spray paint.

#1: You will need:

• 110 mm diameter PVC pipe
• 50 mm diameter PVC pipe
• PVC glue
• Rust-Oleum Spray Paint (color of your choice)

Tools:

• Miter saw
• Hand saw
• Dremel or multitool
• Cutting disc
• 80 and 400 grit sandpaper

Each section is cut to 180mm in length, meaning you get two wine racks from a single piece of 110mm, 50mm diameter tubing, unless you want to make a larger wine rack like the one shown here.

#2: Cutting and sanding

• Cut all tubes to 180mm length.
• Sand any rough edges around the cut with 80-grit sandpaper. Sand the outside of the pipe with 400-grit sandpaper.
• Wipe with a slightly damp cloth to remove all traces of residue.

#3: Painting With Rust-Oleum

• Place the cut tubes upright on a piece of newspaper, so you can spray the inside and outside of the tube with Rust-Oleum 2X spray paint.
• Apply two coats, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next coat. Turn tubes upside down and repeat to coat. I made two wine racks, one black and one red.

#4: Glue all the tubes together

• Apply a thin strip of PVC glue in a straight line to one of the long sections of the pipe.
• Carefully place a small tube along this line of glue, lining up the edges for a snug fit.
• Repeat this on three sections of large and small tubes.
• You can now glue these three sections together in any configuration.
• Just make sure the design sits level and balances well.
