Aldi's £59.99 Cordless Vacuum With Green Light Launches September 19 2026

Aldi is launching a cordless vacuum with a green light and multiple accessories for just £59.99 on Saturday, September 19. The budget supermarket chain continues to disrupt the home cleaning market with affordable alternatives to premium brands.

The Ambino-branded vacuum offers features typically found in models costing £200 or more, making it an attractive option for cost-conscious shoppers.

Why the Green Light Matters

The standout feature of this cordless vacuum is its integrated green light on the cleaning head. Inspired by high-end systems like Dyson, this technology projects an angled beam onto the floor to highlight fine dust and micro-debris that are often invisible under normal lighting.

This means you can see exactly where you've cleaned and where you need to focus, ensuring a more thorough clean without guesswork.

Technical Specifications and Performance

At 130W, the Ambino vacuum delivers up to 11 kPa of suction, which is suitable for daily maintenance on hard floors and low-pile carpets. It's designed to handle everyday messes without the premium price tag.

The vacuum comes with multiple accessories, likely including a crevice tool and brush for different surfaces, though exact details are yet to be confirmed.

Key Features at a Glance

• Green light technology to reveal hidden dust
• 130W motor with 11 kPa suction power
• Cordless design for easy maneuverability
• Multiple accessories included for versatile cleaning
• Budget-friendly price of just £59.99

How It Compares to Other Budget Vacuums

While the Aldi vacuum is incredibly affordable, it's not the only budget option. The Proscenic P11 Ultra+ on Amazon, for instance, is currently reduced to £89.98 and offers 50 kPa suction, up to 50 minutes of runtime, and a green light.

Here's how the two compare:

The Aldi model is significantly cheaper, but the Proscenic offers more powerful suction and longer runtime, which might be worth the extra cost for those with larger homes or pets.

Who Should Consider This Vacuum?

This cordless vacuum is ideal for renters, small apartment dwellers, or anyone looking for a secondary vacuum for quick cleanups. It's also a great entry point for those who want green light technology without spending hundreds.

However, if you have heavy-duty cleaning needs or a lot of carpeted areas, you might want to invest in a more powerful model.
