The carotid arteries and jugular veins are delicate, and even minimal pressure can reduce blood flow to the brain, leading to unconsciousness within seconds. Prolonged pressure can cause irreversible brain damage or death. Internal injuries may not be immediately visible, making it even more dangerous.

Furthermore, consent cannot be given to a practice that carries such high risk of harm. Many victims report that they were unaware of the potential consequences, and some have suffered long-term health issues like stroke, cognitive impairment, and psychological trauma.
