We should never judge someone.
No matter your opinion on religion, whether you believe in something or not, judging someone is not okay. Most religious texts even say so but apparently, people love to cherry-pick and are perfectly fine acting like a complete hypocrite at times. That is what I think is happening in this particular story. The maid of honor was ready for the wedding and had a beautiful custom dress as well.
But things blew up when the bride revealed that she had disinvited her boyfriend. Did I mention the maid of honor is her sister? If that doesn’t already sound weird enough, the reason behind the disinvite is that her sister isn’t married to her boyfriend and her kids are out of ‘wedlock’. If your jaw isn’t already on the floor, the bride also has children that are outside of her marriage so I can’t believe that she would judge someone like that.

The sister was supposed to be the maid of honor and she had a custom dress for it as well.
Things seemed to be going well and everything was ready.
But they took a turn when the bride disinvited her sister’s boyfriend.
And the reasoning behind this is just awful.
She apparently regrets her own sins and thinks that this is the right way.
She has done to this a few other bridesmaids as well.
Rather than seeing reason, the bride has continued with her decision.
So the sister decided to ask for advice.
Is the bride not even a little bit self-aware? I mean how can she call someone else an a**hole when she is the one judging someone like that? Whether you believe having kids out of marriage is a sin or not, judging someone definitely is. And she definitely sounds like a hypocrite to me. I am surprised that the family isn’t backing up the sister in this either. The dress is her sister and she can do whatever she wants with it since she paid for it as well.
As you can probably imagine, people were gobsmacked.
And most mentioned that it was pretty cruel of her to act like this.
I have seen bridezilla but this is something else.
She got what she deserved.
She should have seen this coming.
Did she really think that everyone would be fine with this?

I can only hope that she realizes that her worldview is a bit skewed.
